Well I did it....
I officially took my house off the market today. We are going to press on with the add on. First step is financing so keep your fingers crossed that we can get through this smoothly. I feel really relieved. Which surprises me because I was adamant about getting a new house at first but we have updated the entire house so it will be like new when we are done so I am really excited.

Yeah, its just that I really don't have very many friends, so the more family that lives close by the better!

True Bri! I am excited to be staying in these parts. This is home to me. Too bad it's not practical to bulldoze my house and start all over again. But we will do the next best thing. I think it will be really nice when we are done.
well you could but it would cost more and the city would go crazy with little fees here and there that they can stick to ya!
