I have been reading Kayleighs blog for some time now and I have fallen in love with this little angel. Please go and read about her and if you you can and have it in your hearts please donate to help them with their staggering bills .

I remember when we lost our little Kasey and we received help from friends and family and our community with the funeral costs and how relieving it was to not have to worry about all of that with the grieving we had to do. So this is my time for me to try to pay it forward a little. Every little bit helps.

Once again.....

I am being a bad blogger. Since I have gone back to work I feel like I have no free time to blog anymore. Not to mention we also went camping since my last post also.

So I guess I should update ya all on what's been happening in Rymerville lately. Well we went camping last weekend and this whole week the kids have been back to school (hallelujah). Rick has worked on chopping our tree up all week and filled his truck up 4 times with branches to take to our green waste place and then he loaded up his truck with small logs and took them to his parents house for their wood burning stove. He has done a great job of cleaning up an impossible mess.

This weekend we celebrated my niece and my dad's birthdays and had dinner,presents and cake and ice cream. The funny to this story is the fact that my niece had "suggested" we give her a surprise party so we obliged her and got to my parents house earlier than her and turned off all the lights and hid and when she got there we all jumped out and yelled SURPRISE! Her expression was priceless. I think we actually scared her a little. I wish I would have brought my camera.

I am leaving you with some pictures of our camping trip. I had the worst sunburn after this trip but it was worth it because it was so nice to get away.

So I came home last night and Rick told me that Adam had overheard me freeking out to him about the possibility of loosing our house. Which we are not even close to but I was overreacting to some news he had given me about his salary change. Which was a little devastating to me. It just feels like we are never going to dig ourselves out of this Damn hole we are in. It always feels like someone has to have their hand in our empty cookie jar.

Anyway I guess I better have a talk with Adam and let him know I was being dramatic. The last thing a 10 year old needs to worry about is our financial woes.

Oh yeah I almost forgot. We had a wonderful Easter/Ricks birthday. We started out the day with the easter bunny goods and then we did our taxes(YUCK). After our taxes we went to Ricks parents house and had lunch/dinner. It was yummy :) Then we went over to my parents and visited them for a while. My sister and her hubby and their 2 1/2 kids were there too. Then we came home and pulled our trailer to the driveway so I could get it cleaned up after sitting all winter. The rest of the evening was just laxed. I gave Rick a birthday foot massage but I haven't gotten him a present yet. Between work and Easter I just couldn't come up with anything for him. So I gave him a birthday I.O.U.

PS I edited this from my original post because I was feeling wierd about how I threw all of my fanancial details on here. Long story short we are worst off now than before I went back to work and when I start paying for insurance it is going to be a bigger dent than we had anticipated. I joked with Rick that I might have to get another job on top of the new job I already have. Pitiful I know.

conversations...

I love to listen to my boys have conversations. This morning gave me a chuckle. I had just poured deshawn a glass of milk for breakfast and this is what I heard:

Parker: Hey deshawn do you know where milk comes from?
Dee: yeah from cows bellies.
Parker: yeah it comes out of all of their belly buttons.

It was the cutest thing ever.

This past weekend we had visitors from out of town My aunt and uncle and my cousin Doug his wife Hillary and their little guy Linkin it was so fun to see them and finally get to meet little Linkin. I have pictures so when I get a chance I will load my pictures on here.

On another note though my house is full of sick kids. It started with Adam who was having a sleep over at his friends house on Friday night. He called us at 5 in the morning cause he didn't feel good so Rick went and picked him up and by the time they got home adam was bawling and was hysterical because his ear was hurting so bad so I loaded him up and took him to the ER. Long story short he had an ear infection. But I think the infection started from a virus because my other 2 are sick now. (Hillary I hope Linkin doesn't get this, I though Adam just had an ear infection) So now all of my kids are tucked into their beds watching cartoons and being doted on by their mother.
